Shape your future at Alumax Panel as an Architectural Estimator, focusing on metal cladding systems across construction projects. Engage with clients and project teams to provide comprehensive estimates and take-offs.

This permanent, full-time position at Alumax offers the chance to contribute meaningfully to both small and large-scale projects. Successful candidates will possess a degree in architecture or a related field and have two years of estimating experience, along with a strong foundation in façade design.

Your role will bridge communication between clients and project stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

• Review and interpret architectural specifications for each project

• Estimate the quantity of materials and waste for cladding

• Prepare detailed estimates for new builds and renovations

• Develop basic 2D and 3D design drafts for building systems

• Manage client communication regarding quotes and approvals

Requirements:

• College or university degree in a relevant field

• Two years of experience in architectural estimating

• Experience in façade and cladding design required

• Familiarity with Planswift and AutoCAD tools

• Excellent communication and organizational skills
