Construction Senior Estimator

Position: Construction Senior Estimator Role
Lead impactful estimations as a Senior Estimator at Matheson Constructors. Your expertise in costing and bid management will be essential for diverse projects across the construction spectrum.

As part of Matheson Constructors, you will take charge of the estimating process for both large-scale and smaller projects. With a minimum of five years in the field, your skills will enhance project accuracy and efficiency while fostering a collaborative environment for junior estimators through mentorship and support.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage full bid processes for major construction projects

• Analyze project documents to craft precise estimates

• Coordinate pricing with the estimating team for bulk purchasing

• Identify risks through detailed project reviews

• Develop enduring relationships with subcontractors and consultants

Requirements:

• Degree in Engineering or a related field

• At least five years' estimating experience at a General Contractor

• History of leading estimates up to $50 million

• Experience with both CM and DB projects

• Strong MS Office and project management software proficiency
