In this hands-on role, you will support daily site operations alongside the Project Superintendent, ensuring all activities meet safety and quality standards. Your involvement in layout, documentation, and progress monitoring will be key to successful project outcomes. You will also participate in enforcing health and safety practices to maintain a zero-tolerance approach to unsafe conditions.
Key Responsibilities:
• Support Project Superintendent with site coordination
• Assist with material orders and placement
• Interpret and apply construction documents on-site
• Track and report site progress against schedules
• Document quality control measures and site activities
Requirements:
• Degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related
• Prior field experience in construction is an asset
• Strong ability to interpret construction drawings
• Proficient communication and interpersonal skills
• Valid driver’s license and vehicle access preferred
