Reporting directly to the Chief Estimator, this role offers a dynamic opportunity to impact site-related construction projects. Your responsibilities include pricing for civil works, utilities, landscaping, and more, ensuring accuracy during both tendering and construction phases. Collaboration with Project Managers will be essential to manage costs and scope changes.
Key Responsibilities:
• Prepare estimates based on bids, quotes, and specifications
• Utilize B2W Estimate software for detailed labor and equipment costing
• Manage tender documents with Building Connected software
• Conduct earthworks takeoffs using Topcon/MAGNET software
• Attend site meetings and ensure bid completeness
Requirements:
• Proficient in Bluebeam Revu and relevant software tools
• Strong understanding of construction estimating processes
• Ability to coordinate and manage tendering effectively
• Experience with large and complex project pricing
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
