Member Services Representative - Overnight

Provide outstanding member services as an Overnight Member Services Representative with Taymax Group. You will manage customer interactions effectively while overseeing front desk operations within the club.

This role requires a focus on delivering exceptional service to members and guests. Tasks include checking in members, fielding inquiries over the phone, and facilitating tours for potential members. You'll also maintain the club’s cleanliness and support the management team as needed.

Key Responsibilities:

• Welcome members and guests, ensuring satisfaction

• Handle all front desk inquiries efficiently

• Sign up new members and assist with accounts

• Conduct daily cleaning tasks and monitor facilities

• Respond to member concerns and consult management

Requirements:

• Must be 18 years or older

• High school diploma or GED preferred

• Prior customer service experience is a plus

• Basic computer skills are essential

• Reliable and punctual with a positive outlook
