Responsibilities include answering inquiries, demonstrating tools, and engaging clients with professionalism and care.

Key Responsibilities:

• Answer incoming customer inquiries promptly

• Engage clients with a friendly and professional demeanor

• Demonstrate use of power tools and outdoor tools

• Manage multiple projects with professionalism

• Communicate effectively in high-pressure situations

Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year of customer service experience

• Basic computer skills are a must

• English reading and writing proficiency

• Ability to solve simple math problems

• Must lift at least 50lbs regularly
