Become an Orthodontic Treatment Coordinator at Aurora Orthodontics, focusing on exceptional patient care in Aurora, ON. This is not an entry-level position; experience is required.

As a member of the Aurora Orthodontics team and part of Corus Orthodontists, you will support patients from their first consultation onward.

Your role will involve building trust and clarifying treatment options and financial arrangements. With a strong understanding of orthodontic terminology and processes, you will directly impact patient satisfaction and practice growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Guide patients through their consultation and treatment options

• Clearly communicate fees and financing information

• Maintain up-to-date patient documentation and records

• Collaborate with teams for optimal patient experiences

• Participate in community engagement and outreach

Requirements:

• At least 1 year in an orthodontic office

• Experience in Treatment Coordinator or similar roles

• Strong communication and organizational abilities

• Competence in discussing treatment fees professionally

• Ability to adapt to team and individual work environments
