Independent Matterport Technician

Position: Independent Matterport Technician Opportunity
Aero Frohne is hiring a Matterport Pro3 Technician to develop exceptional 3D virtual tours in Aurora, Ontario. Engage as an independent contractor focusing on scanning and data editing.

This role involves coordinating closely with site managers and clients for effective project execution. You will operate the Matterport Pro3 to capture accurate and high-quality 3D and LiDAR data. After scanning, you’ll be responsible for reviewing data accuracy, tagging scanned details, and managing uploads to the Matterport cloud application.

Key Responsibilities:

• Schedule and prepare locations with site managers

• Operate the Matterport Pro3 for spatial data collection

• Review and ensure the accuracy of scanned models

• Add metadata and labels within captured spaces

• Upload project files to the Matterport cloud platform

Requirements:

• Must own a Matterport Pro3

• NDAs must be signed prior to work

• Successful completion of a criminal background verification

• Experience with 3D technologies preferred

• Strong communication skills required
