Your leadership will cultivate the next generation of design talent while defining key performance indicators aligned with company objectives. Partnering with Product and Engineering teams, you’ll ensure our design efforts resonate with real customer needs and strategic business goals.

Key Responsibilities:

• 12+ years in product or user experience design
