Key Responsibilities:
• Evaluate project specifications and architectural drawings
• Assess material requirements, including waste calculations
• Prepare comprehensive estimates for construction projects
• Draft modeling designs in both 2D and 3D
• Maintain communication with clients during the estimating process
Requirements:
• Degree in architecture or related discipline
• Minimum of two years as an architectural estimator
• Experience with façade and cladding design work
• Proficiency in Planswift, AutoCAD, and Excel
• Excellent organizational and communication skills
