Position: Educational Assistant for Diverse Needs

You will be responsible for observing behaviors, assisting with daily activities, and implementing individualized goals to ensure every student can thrive. Key Responsibilities:

• Manage support for targeted student needs in education

• Implement healthcare procedures according to IEPs

• Ensure safety during classroom and outdoor activities

• Collaborate on and monitor support strategies

• Assist in educational programs that facilitate knowledge sharing

Requirements:

• Secondary School diploma plus two years post-secondary education

• At least two years in a similar support role

• Verified training in care and intervention strategies

• Strong verbal and written communication abilities

• Ability to work effectively within a team
