Your role involves assessing and consulting on psychological issues to enhance students’ academic and emotional growth.

This position is ideal for those with a Master’s Degree or PhD in Applied Psychology. You'll support students by addressing learning, behavioral, and emotional challenges through effective assessment and tailored recommendations. Your contributions will help foster a supportive and inclusive learning atmosphere for all students.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assess and support students with various challenges

• Consult with teachers and parents on student progress

• Aid in developing educational strategies for individual needs

• Collaborate with professionals for cohesive support

• Respond to critical situations within the school environment

Requirements:

• Master’s Degree or PhD in psychology required

• Must be registered with the College of Psychologists of Ontario

• Preferred experience of 4-5 years in a school setting

• Valid Ontario Driver's Licence and vehicle access

• Vulnerable Sector Check mandatory prior to hiring
