This role involves collaborating with stakeholders to support employee readiness for new processes and systems. You will continuously update training content, utilize various instructional techniques, and engage audiences effectively. Key Responsibilities:
• Develop engaging training materials for diverse audiences
• Conduct needs assessments and readiness evaluations
• Monitor training participation and adoption metrics
• Coordinate training delivery and hands-on sessions
• Work with cross-functional teams on tailored solutions
Requirements:
• Degree in Human Resources or equivalent experience
• In-depth knowledge of training delivery and OCM
• Experience in large-scale training programs
• Strong communication and presentation skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities effectively
