Position: Permanent FSL Teacher at YCDSB

harine Drexel CES and St. Brendan CES, the successful applicant will engage students in French as a Second Language. Candidates must possess Additional Qualifications in Religious Education, specifically Part 1, based on their hiring date. A recent pastoral reference and satisfactory Long-Term Occasional (LTO) evaluation are essential for application.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver engaging FSL curriculum to students

• Commit to the French Program for a minimum of three years

• Provide a recent positive pastoral reference

• Complete the LTO and upload satisfactory evaluation

• Acquire Vulnerable Sector Check before employment

Requirements:

• Must hold French qualifications

• Previous Long-Term Occasional teaching experience required

• Additional Qualification in Religious Education, Part 1

• Vulnerable Sector Check within six months

• Commitment to equity and inclusivity
