Academic Coach at Prep Academy Tutors

We are looking for an energetic Academic Coach to support students through targeted instruction and tailored assignments. You will provide both remedial and enrichment assistance to help students excel academically. Regular communication with parents or guardians will be essential to track progress and implement effective strategies for growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop supplemental assignments for enhanced understanding

• Deliver individualized remedial and enrichment support

• Communicate with parents about student progress

• Provide structured academic coaching sessions

Requirements:

• Registration in good standing with Ontario College of Teachers

• Teaching experience or commitment to customer service

• Passion for working with students and families

• Excellent communication skills

• Previous academic coaching experience
