At Aurora Montessori School, we are searching for a compassionate Toddler Montessori Classroom Assistant to enhance our education team. You'll collaborate with RECE educators to implement a child-centered curriculum, assist in daily routines, and maintain a safe classroom.

Your role includes observing student progress and building relationships with families to foster a collaborative atmosphere.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist with daily hygiene, dressing, and snacks

• Collaborate to deliver a quality Montessori program

• Foster individualized learning experiences

• Ensure the classroom remains organized and safe

• Engage students during playtime activities

Requirements:

• Preferred experience in a childcare or Montessori environment

• Must obtain a relevant Montessori assistant certification

• Strong interpersonal and observation skills

• Willingness to complete CPR/First Aid training

• Commitment to child-centered learning principles
