Join Talent Montessori School as a dedicated Montessori Educator in either Aurora or Newmarket. Help inspire and nurture young learners in a vibrant educational setting.

This full-time role is for passionate educators holding or pursuing Montessori certification. Responsibilities include creating tailored lesson plans, ensuring a safe learning environment, and collaborating with parents. You will work across different age groups, helping guide children’s educational journeys.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop Montessori curriculum for varying age groups

• Maintain an engaging and safe classroom atmosphere

• Observe children’s progress and provide guidance

• Foster parent and caregiver collaboration

• Keep a clean and well-organized classroom

Requirements:

• Montessori certification (in progress or completed)

• Strong commitment to early childhood education

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

• Teamwork capabilities in educational environments

• Current First Aid and CPR certification advantageous
