High School Teacher Tutor

Become a High School Teacher Tutor at Oxford Learning Aurora! This part-time position allows you to guide students through math and science challenges in an engaging after-school setting.

Oxford Learning is seeking enthusiastic educators with a passion for teaching math and science to grades 9-12. You'll be responsible for delivering pre-planned lessons and fostering a positive learning environment. Strong knowledge in Advanced Functions, Calculus, and the sciences is vital, along with the ability to commit through the academic term and beyond.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide in-person tutoring for up to three students at once

• Implement Oxford Learning's educational approaches

• Maintain clear communication through daily updates

• Create a supportive and encouraging atmosphere

• Complete post-lesson documentation for student progress

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree or substantial tutoring experience preferred

• Proficiency in high school math and science curriculum

• Excellent verbal and written English skills
