Position: Field-Based Project Geologist
Join Aurora Geosciences as a Project Geologist to lead mineral exploration programs across northern Canada. This field-based role demands technical report writing and data processing in remote locations.

As a Project Geologist reporting to the Operations Manager, you'll organize and manage mineral exploration initiatives. Your responsibilities include geochemical survey design, diamond drilling programs, and direct supervision of field crews. Effective communication and leadership are essential for this role that involves extensive travel in varying climates.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and execute geochemical surveys for exploration

• Plan and manage diamond and RC drilling programs

• Supervise field crews and ensure operational standards

• Prepare accurate technical and field reports

• Track project expenditures and manage budgets

Requirements:

• Skilled geologist registration in Canada

• Minimum of 10 years’ experience with drill programs

• Practical field program management expertise

• Strong communication and leadership skills

• Familiarity with logistical challenges of northern exploration

Lead exploration efforts at Aurora Geosciences and manage impactful geological projects in challenging environments.
