Elevate antenna design as the Antenna Design Team Lead, overseeing operations and driving accountability in technical execution. This role blends mentorship, resource management, and innovative design methodologies.
As the Antenna Design Team Lead, you will supervise a team of engineering technicians while implementing corporate objectives and tracking performance metrics. Your experience in antenna design, simulation, and R&D will enable you to guide the team towards continuous improvement and effective resource management. You'll play a crucial role in driving prototype development and advanced testing protocols.
Key Responsibilities:
• Supervise day-to-day antenna engineering team activities
• Drive accountability by establishing and tracking KPIs
• Lead resource management across various projects
• Provide mentorship and training in antenna design methodologies
• Identify gaps and lead process optimization initiatives
Requirements:
• Master’s in Electrical Engineering preferred
• 5+ years in hands-on antenna design
• Experience with Passive/Active antenna systems
• Knowledge of Massive MIMO and beamforming methodologies
• Proficient in RF design/testing software and hardware
