Estimating Specialist in Architectural Cladding

Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze architectural drawings to define project scope

• Calculate materials needed and waste percentage

• Create estimates for retrofit and new construction projects

• Draft building system designs and mark-up drawings

• Engage with clients for RFI’s and approvals

Requirements:

• College or university degree in relevant fields

• Two years of experience as an architectural estimator

• Knowledge of building envelope systems

• Familiarity with Planswift or AutoCAD

• Strong communication and organizational skills
