Intermediate Acoustical Engineer

Become part of WSP as an Intermediate Acoustical Engineer, based in Aurora, ON. This essential role combines fieldwork and office support in environmental project delivery.

As a key member of the Environment team, you will lead and contribute to noise and vibration studies, ensuring compliance with project requirements. Through your technical acumen, you will facilitate monitoring and client engagement and support multi-disciplinary project execution. This position requires adaptability to meet evolving project challenges.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead noise and vibration assessments with field studies

• Produce high-quality reports fulfilling regulatory needs

• Oversee acoustical modelling for various projects

• Collaborate with design teams on compliance standards

• Maintain strong client relationships for project growth

Requirements:

• Background in Environmental or Mechanical Engineering

• Minimum 3 years in consulting with acoustical expertise

• Experience in monitoring and fieldwork methodologies

• Strong organizational and detail-oriented mindset

• Access to reliable vehicle and willingness to travel locally
