The Opportunity – Build the Future with Us Join our Environment team as an Acoustic, Noise and Vibration Specialist and play a key role in delivering impactful environmental solutions. Based in Aurora, this role offers a dynamic blend of field and office work supporting project delivery, technical excellence, and client growth within our Air, Noise, and Vibration practice.
Your Impact Lead and contribute to noise and vibration studies, including field investigations, data analysis, and reporting
Deliver high-quality technical documentation and findings that support regulatory and project requirements
Oversee or participate in acoustical monitoring and modelling programs across diverse projects
Provide design oversight and support design-build teams to ensure compliance and performance
Build and maintain strong client relationships, supporting both project delivery and new business development
Collaborate across disciplines, particularly with Buildings teams, on integrated, multi-disciplinary projects
Contribute to proposal development and project pursuits, helping expand WSP’s environmental portfolio
Adapt to evolving project needs while working across a variety of technical and field-based assignments
The Skills That Set You Apart Degree or diploma in Environmental Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related discipline
Minimum 3 years of consulting experience, including exposure to acoustical engineering
Experience in acoustical monitoring, field investigations, and/or modelling
Strong understanding of design-build projects, proposal development, and client engagement
Excellent organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple concurrent tasks and deadlines
High attention to detail in technical documentation and reporting
Eligibility for membership with Professional Engineers Ontario (PEO) is an asset
Valid driver’s license, access to a reliable vehicle, and willingness to travel locally (GTA) and occasionally to remote sites

MB & ON: $76,000 - 97,200
NB, NL, NS, PE & QC: $70,000 - 93,000
