Antenna Design Team Lead

Lead the Antenna Design Engineering team at Sinclair Technologies in Aurora, Ontario. This full-time role focuses on team management, technical support, and driving efficiency in antenna design processes.

As an Antenna Design Engineering Team Lead, you will oversee daily activities of the engineering technician team and ensure alignment with corporate objectives. You’ll provide technical support, collaborate with internal and external customers, and identify process improvement opportunities. This role combines leadership and technical proficiency in antenna design to foster a high-performance culture.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily operations of the antenna engineering team

• Lead execution of corporate objectives and ensure KPI tracking

• Provide technical support and guidance to customers

• Implement process improvements for operational efficiency

• Conduct R&D prototype development and testing

Requirements:

• Master’s degree in electrical engineering

• 5+ years of experience in antenna design and development

• Proficient in wireless communications technologies

• Familiar with RF design and testing software

• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
