- Develop, improve, and validate manufacturing processes for new and existing products.
- Lead new product introductions from design and pilot builds through full production launch.
- Create and maintain manufacturing documentation, work instructions, process controls, and production standards.
- Collaborate with Product Engineering to optimize manufacturability, assembly efficiency, quality, and cost.
- Drive root cause analysis, corrective actions, and continuous improvement initiatives using Lean principles.
- Provide manufacturing engineering support, lead cross-functional projects, and support audits, ECOs, quotations, and customer inquiries.
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Manufacturing, Mechanical, Electrical, Electronics, Industrial, or related field) with 5+ years of manufacturing engineering experience.
- Proven success leading New Product Introduction (NPI), process development, and cross-functional technical projects.
- Strong knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, continuous improvement, root cause analysis, process validation, and DFM/DFA principles.
- Experience with ERP systems, BOMs, routings, ECO processes, and manufacturing documentation.
- Proficiency with Solid Works and/or AutoCAD, Microsoft Office, and manufacturing tooling or fixture design.
- Excellent leadership, communication, project management, and organizational skills with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
