You will manage a dedicated team of antenna engineering technicians, ensuring productive operations and continuous improvement in processes. In addition to leading your team, you will engage in hands-on technical duties, including design, simulation, and advanced antenna testing. Your guidance will be pivotal in achieving project goals.
Key Responsibilities:
• Supervise daily operations of the engineering team
• Establish and track KPIs for team accountability
• Mentor technicians on antenna development methodologies
• Identify and implement process improvements
• Lead testing and prototyping of next-gen antenna systems
Requirements:
• Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering with RF focus
• Minimum 5 years in antenna design
• Demonstrated expertise from concept to production
• Strong knowledge of antenna design standards
• Proficient in RF simulation software
