Financial Accountant

Golden Home Cabinetry Eastern Canada Inc. is the Canadian subsidiary of Golden Home based in China. We are looking for a Financial Accountant and the ideal candidate must be detail-oriented and ensure accurate financial reporting.

Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain the accounting system and ensure the accuracy of financial data
• Comply with current financial procedures and advise on new policies to increase efficiency
• Review financial data, develop tax strategies and be responsible for tax reporting
• Prepare financial statements and monthly financial reports
• Document all financial transactions and resolve billing discrepancies
• Review company operating expenses in office supplies, reimbursement, utility bills and allowances to find ways to reduce costs
• Analyze financial reports and assist the management in preparing and creating budgets

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or above
• 1 year or more of experience in a Financial Accountant or similar role
• Accurate, dependability, efficient interpersonal skills, judgement, organized, reliability

Wage and Benefit

$41.25-$46.25 per hour, depending on experience and skills
