In this mid-level role, you will play a crucial part in the integration of finance processes within the Global Business Services (GBS) team. Your expertise in shared services will enhance efficiency through process discovery, transition planning, and monitoring KPIs. Effective communication and analytical skills will be necessary as you interface with stakeholders to ensure seamless process transitions.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead process discovery for AP, AR, and GL at new locations.
• Create and execute transition plans for finance processes.
• Coordinate knowledge sharing and training sessions.
• Act as liaison between local finance teams and GBS.
• Drive standardization and continuous improvement of finance processes.
Requirements:
• 5-7 years in shared services with exposure to AP, AR, and GL.
• Proficiency in ERP platforms like SAP or Oracle.
• Strong analytical and project management skills.
• Fluent in English;
German is advantageous.
• Willingness to travel 30-40% of the time.
