Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in food service operations planning and execution

• Conduct quarterly nutritional assessments for residents

• Monitor meal service procedures and resident acceptability

• Support families in determining nutritional care needs

• Implement quality improvement audit schedules

Requirements:

• Diploma in Food and Nutrition Management required

• Active member of the Canadian Society of Nutrition Management

• Provincial Safe Food Handling Certificate needed

• 2-3 years leading experience in long-term care preferred

• Experience training and supervising staff essential
