SAP Human Resources Administrator

SAP expertise and payroll accuracy define this part time Human Resources Administrator role with YORK CATHOLIC DISTRICT SCHOOL BOARD. Support biweekly payroll for assigned staff.

Under the Manager, Human Resources, this permanent part time position maintains employee information for Education Workers and Para Professional Staff. You will review SAP data, calculate salary adjustments, respond to payroll inquiries, and prepare status letters. The role requires careful work with Board policies and collective agreements.

• Review, enter, and validate employee data in SAP
• Calculate salary adjustments for leaves and allowances
• Respond to payroll inquiries by telephone and email
• Process timesheets and manually adjust sick quotas
• Monitor lists and produce required reports

• High School education plus related courses up to one year
• One to two years’ Human Resources or Payroll experience
• Proficient knowledge of SAP
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Google Suite
• Strong organization, communication, and time management skills
