This position is responsible for administrating and monitoring the operational stability of the enterprise infrastructure servers and networks. This position will specialize in one or more critical services; cyber security, virtualization, domain architecture/group policies, storage/replication/data recovery, windows/open systems, unified communications, network administration. This job requisition is for a new vacancy

• Administer, maintain, and monitor all enterprise IT infrastructure including physical servers, networking equipment, storage systems, and virtualization platforms.
• Manage installation, configuration, and lifecycle support for hardware including switches, firewalls, wireless access points, UPS systems, and server room equipment.
• Ensure reliability, performance, and scalability of all on-premises systems and hybrid infrastructure environments.
• Maintain data center operations including patching, cable management, rack layouts, environmental monitoring, and disaster readiness.
• Infrastructure & Systems Administration (End-to-End)
  • Administer Microsoft 365 tenant services including Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, One Drive for Business, Teams, and Microsoft Entra  (Azure AD).
  • Manage user provisioning, licensing, mailbox administration, group policies, and access controls.
  • Configure and enforce security and compliance policies through Microsoft Defender, Conditional Access, MFA, and retention policies.
  • Support hybrid identity environments including Active Directory synchronization and authentication services.
• Monitor and maintain secure network infrastructure including LAN/WAN connectivity, VPN services, DNS, DHCP, and firewall policies.
• Ensure infrastructure meets organizational cybersecurity standards through proactive patching, vulnerability remediation, and threat monitoring.
• Support incident response activities including investigation, containment, and recovery of IT security events.
• Network & Security Operations
  • Perform and validate backups across servers, cloud workloads, and critical business systems.
  • Develop, test, and maintain disaster recovery plans to ensure continuity of operations.
  • Ensure recoverability of systems, data, and Microsoft 365 services through documented restoration procedures.
  • Lead as the SME in cyber security policies, projects, audits and improvements.
• Backup, Disaster Recovery & Business Continuity
  • Monitor infrastructure security, health, system performance, storage capacity, and network availability using enterprise monitoring tools.
  • Respond to alerts, outages, and performance degradation with timely resolution and root cause analysis.
  • Perform preventative maintenance and implement improvements to reduce downtime.
• Monitoring, Performance & Reliability
  • Participate in planning and executing IT infrastructure projects including upgrades, migrations, and new deployments.
  • Research and recommend emerging technologies to improve efficiency, reduce costs, and support business growth.
• Maintain accurate technical documentation for infrastructure configurations, network diagrams, policies, and procedures.
• Manage system configuration, patch management, and change control processes to ensure stability and audit compliance.
• Documentation & Change Management
  • Provide Tier 2- 3 escalation support for complex infrastructure and cloud-related issues.
  • Collaborate with internal IT teams, vendors, and managed service providers to resolve technical challenges.
• Communication
  • Communicate system trends, issues and outages to management and colleagues.
  • Ensures ongoing communication with internal and external partners regarding systems updates and any outstanding issues.
• Process Improvement
  • Research and recommend new technologies to reduce costs and improve business system requirements and efficiencies.
  • Analyze and implement server and network infrastructures to enhance system functionality, stability, and security.

  • Ensure the availability of web, database, and application servers.
