In this vital role, you'll respond to IT requests, identifying and resolving issues related to user access, software, and hardware. Olameter, a prominent meter servicing company, relies on your expertise to maintain IT systems. Your contributions will ensure user issues are addressed efficiently while upholding documentation and asset management standards.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide primary IT support for all internal users
• Diagnose and resolve software, hardware, networking issues
• Accurately document support requests in service management tools
• Troubleshoot various devices, including desktop and mobile
• Manage user accounts and permissions in related systems
Requirements:
• 1 year of experience in a help desk role preferred
• Strong analytical and communication skills
• In-depth knowledge of Windows and related Microsoft products
• Experience with Azure, Active Directory, IT service management tools
• Capable of lifting 30-50 lbs equipment
