This permanent, full-time position involves guiding the development team in delivering stable, high-quality IT commercial applications. You'll work closely with the Director of IT Commercial, focusing on system integration, vendor relationships, and architectural alignment. As a leader, you'll promote agile methodologies and ensure projects remain aligned with business objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee all IT commercial software delivery and lifecycle
• Ensure systems stability, scalability, and integration
• Lead a team of software developers and integration specialists
• Manage technical enhancements and remediation strategies
• Act as a technology partner for commercial leaders and teams
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field
• 7+ years of relevant software development experience
• Proven people leadership in technology roles
