Environmental Assistant at Delmanor

Maintain a clean and safe environment as an Environmental Assistant us on property upkeep, reporting issues, and performing basic repairs at our residences.

Delmanor is seeking an Environmental Assistant to enhance the appearance and safety of our residences. While one year of experience is an asset, a strong willingness to learn is essential. You'll gain hands-on experience while ensuring our properties meet high standards of cleanliness and safety.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain the cleanliness of Delmanor properties

• Ensure safety by addressing potential hazards

• Perform minor repairs as needed

• Report serious issues to the Environmental Services Manager

• Work flexible hours, including some weekends and evenings

Requirements:

• Some knowledge of maintenance in residential or commercial settings

• One year’s experience in environmental/maintenance is a plus

• Flexibility to work varying schedules

• Strong attention to detail in upkeep

• Ability to communicate effectively with staff
