Maintenance Manager in Canadian Manufacturing

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead day-to-day maintenance team operations

• Develop and improve planning and scheduling systems

• Track maintenance effectiveness and equipment metrics

• Optimize preventive maintenance programs

• Manage supplier and contractor relationships

Requirements:

• 4+ years in maintenance or engineering leadership

• Proficiency in automated systems and robotics

• Experience with PM scheduling and procurement

• Familiarity with AutoCAD or Solid Works

• Strong organizational and leadership skills
