Key Responsibilities:
• Lead and coordinate a team of personal lines account managers
• Oversee day-to-day team operations and schedules
• Manage escalated client conversations and complex cases
• Support recruitment, training, and onboarding processes
• Develop relationships with group clients and stakeholders
Requirements:
• Active RIBO license with 5–7 years in brokerage
• Previous leadership or management background
• Familiarity with premier high-net-worth carriers
• Strong analytical and interpersonal skills
• Knowledge of group and affinity programs is beneficial
