Position: Plant Work Technician Cannabis
Actively contribute to cannabis cultivation with the Plant Work Technician role at Aurora Cannabis in Pemberton, BC. This full-time position offers hands-on experience in growing high-quality cannabis products.

As a Plant Work Technician, you will help implement various cultivation practices including planting, pruning, and monitoring buddy plants while ensuring a safe and compliant environment. This is a crucial role that supports the overall health of the crops through routine inspections and irrigation maintenance. Key Responsibilities:

• Plant, prune, and harvest cannabis within grow rooms

• Ensure sanitation of trim and grow rooms

• Inspect plants and implement corrective actions

• Record growth stages and environmental conditions

• Trim and prepare flowers according to industry standards

Requirements:

• Experience in horticulture or agriculture an asset

• Strong physical capacity for lifting and standing

• Ability to work weekends and flexible hours

• Communication and teamwork skills required

• Adherence to health and safety regulations
