Key Responsibilities:

• Continuously scout for pests and diseases in crops

• Implement biological control processes

• Report cultivation issues to relevant personnel

• Engage in pruning and crop maintenance activities

• Comply with Health Canada standards and SOPs

Requirements:

• Grower Pesticide Safety Course completion beneficial

• Strong detail-oriented communication skills

• Ability to work independently

• Health Canada security clearance is beneficial

• Physical capability for lifting and exposure to varying temperatures
