Production Associate

Position: Production Associate – Earn $20.00/hour
Join our team as a Production Associate in Aurora for $20.00 per hour on the day shift. Contribute to the production of high-quality recycling bins in a supportive and safe setting.

Working full-time from 7 am to 3:30 pm, you will sand, cut, and assemble components, following precise assembly instructions. A strong background with hand tools, impact guns, and woodworking is essential for this role, which also offers paid training and the potential for permanent employment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Sand and prepare materials for assembly

• Cut and shape materials using routers

• Assemble subassemblies with precision

• Inspect units for quality compliance

• Assist with loading, shipping, and CNC operations

Requirements:

• Must have a positive, can-do attitude

• Relevant experience with finishing tools

• Background in construction or wood working

• Ability to meet production deadlines

• Willingness to help operate machinery when needed
