Senior Manufacturing Engineer

Key Responsibilities

Provide technical leadership and daily support to engineering and production teams to ensure operational goals are achieved.

Coordinate and oversee manufacturing and process-related activities to support production efficiency, quality, and project timelines.

Lead process improvement initiatives focused on productivity, efficiency, cost reduction, and operational performance.

Develop and implement manufacturing processes, procedures, and best practices to support changing business needs.

Analyze operational and production data to identify trends, resolve issues, and drive continuous improvement opportunities.

Support new product launches, manufacturing projects, and process changes through planning, timeline management, and cross‑functional collaboration.

Assist with project planning, cost analysis, and resource coordination for new and existing manufacturing initiatives.

Promote and support workplace health, safety, and environmental standards through active participation in inspections and corrective actions.

Participate in incident investigations and assist in implementing preventative and corrective measures.

Qualifications & Experience

Post‑secondary education in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience.

4+ years of experience in a manufacturing or process engineering environment.

Previous experience supporting or leading engineering or technical teams is considered an asset.

Strong understanding of manufacturing processes, continuous improvement methodologies, and production systems.

Experience with project coordination and implementation in a manufacturing environment.

Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and organizational skills.

Excellent communication and collaboration abilities with cross‑functional teams.
