Aurora Maintenance Technician

Position: Aurora Full-Time Maintenance Technician Role
Treasure Mills is searching for a full-time Maintenance Technician in Aurora, ON, dedicated to ensuring efficient and reliable production operations. Candidates should possess mechanical troubleshooting skills and electrical experience.

In this hands-on position, you will be tasked with the safe operation of our facility's production equipment. A minimum of two years of industrial maintenance experience is required, preferably in a food manufacturing environment. You will execute regular maintenance, troubleshoot issues, and adhere to safety protocols while also supporting our sustainability initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure equipment operates safely and reliably

• Carry out routine inspections and preventive maintenance

• Address mechanical, electrical, and basic automation repairs

• Report deficiencies and maintain accurate logs

• Support team-oriented, clean maintenance practices

Requirements:

• Minimum two years of maintenance experience

• Familiarity with packaging and conveying equipment

• Mechanical troubleshooting skills needed

• Knowledge of PLCs is an asset

• Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends
