Key Responsibilities:

• Operate Front-End Loader, Screeners, and composting equipment

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of related heavy equipment experience

• Loader Operator Certification preferred

• Strong mechanical orientation and safety focus

• Basic computer literacy for record-keeping

• Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends
