WOLF is seeking an experienced and motivated Team Leader to join our Production Operations team full‑time in Aurora, Ontario. Reporting directly to the Director, Production Operations (Electronics Test & Integration), you will lead daily production testing and integration activities while ensuring our team consistently delivers against customer commitments and operational objectives.

In this role, you will:

  • Lead the daily activities and priorities of the Production Test & Integration team.
  • Drive on‑time delivery and monthly shipping targets through effective workload and resource planning.
  • Monitor production schedules, identify delivery risks, and implement recovery plans when needed.
  • Coordinate with Inventory, Logistics, Program Management, Quality, and Engineering to ensure production readiness.
  • Oversee order fulfillment activities to ensure products are tested, documented, and shipped on schedule.
  • Develop and improve departmental processes, procedures, and work instructions.
  • Support employee onboarding, training, coaching, and performance development.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives that enhance efficiency, quality, and team effectiveness.
  • Manage NCRs, DCRs, and production‑related issues through timely resolution and stakeholder collaboration.
  • Promote a safe, organized, and high‑performing production environment through 5S and workplace safety best practices.
Your Edge

You bring 4+ years of experience leading production, manufacturing, test, integration, or operations teams within a technical environment. You excel at balancing priorities, coordinating resources, and driving performance in fast‑paced, deadline‑driven environments. Strong leadership, communication, and problem‑solving skills, combined with experience in production scheduling, order fulfillment, process improvement, quality systems, and technical documentation, will position you for success in this role.

You are detail‑oriented, adaptable, and committed to delivering results while maintaining high standards of safety and quality.

This role requires the ability to move throughout the facility, work across multiple operational areas, and occasionally lift, carry, push, or pull items up to 25 lbs (11 kg). Experience in aerospace, defence, electronics manufacturing, or other highly regulated industries is considered an asset.

Benefits
  • Total Compensation & Growth: Negotiable salary plus profit‑sharing after your first year.
  • Health & Wellness: A generous Health Care Spending Account, short‑ and long‑term disability coverage, and a monthly Wellness Allowance to help you stay energized and strong.
  • Time to Recharge: Two weeks of paid time off, plus a full week of company‑wide holiday shutdown.
