Senior Production Supervisor - Molding

Elevate production standards as a Senior Production Supervisor specialized in molding. Ensure high safety and quality standards while leading a capable team.
In this key supervisory role, you'll manage production operations with a focus on efficiency and safety. Your experience will be critical in developing the Molding Production Team’s capabilities and maintaining compliance with GMP and SOP guidelines. Reporting and analyzing performance metrics will keep our operations on track as you champion Continuous Improvement practices.

Key Responsibilities:

• Direct molding production and ensure quality outcomes

• Regularly assess and report on team performance

• Foster a safe and efficient workspace through training

• Conduct effective coaching and manage team dynamics

• Facilitate improvements in equipment performance and problem resolution
Requirements:

• Minimum of 5 years in a leadership position

• Familiarity with plastic injection molding machines

• Strong problem-solving and interpersonal skills

• Experience with Microsoft Office and ERP systems

• Certification in forklift operation preferred
