You will oversee production processes, ensuring defects are swiftly reported and compliance with the Cube Management System (CMS) is maintained. Your leadership will guide the team toward operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor product quality during production runs

• Pack items accurately and maintain process documentation

• Communicate quality issues and coordinate with supervisors

• Conduct thorough audits of work areas and bins

• Assist in cleaning and maintaining a safe workspace
Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent

• Detail-oriented with effective communication skills

• Basic proficiency in computers and math

• Must be able to handle physical demands of the job

• Flexible to work rotating shifts and weekends
