WOLF is seeking a dedicated Team Leader for their Production Operations team, offering a one-year contract. In this role, you will manage testing and integration operations while driving performance and efficiency. A strong focus on leadership and coordination is essential to meet customer commitments and operational targets.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead daily production testing and integration activities
• Drive on-time delivery and shipping targets
• Monitor schedules and identify delivery risks
• Coordinate with departments for production readiness
• Develop and enhance departmental work procedures
Requirements:
• 4+ years leading production or operations teams
• Strong leadership and problem-solving skills
• Experience in production scheduling and quality systems
• Ability to lift up to 25 lbs (11 kg)
• Background in aerospace or electronics manufacturing is an asset
