This full-time opportunity at WOLF involves overseeing the Production Test & Integration team. Reporting to the Director, you will manage production activities, support onboarding and training, and enhance operational processes. Your ability to lead and communicate effectively will be key in ensuring timely project delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee daily team priorities and activities
• Ensure products are tested and shipped on schedule
• Implement recovery plans for production risks
• Develop processes for improved efficiency
• Promote workplace safety and organization
Requirements:
• 4+ years in leadership within technical operations
• Proven experience with order fulfillment and process improvement
• Strong communication and coordination skills
• Ability to navigate physical tasks in a facility
• Experience in regulated industries preferred
