Production Associate

Position: Production Associate ON
Ensure product quality and machine operation as a full-time Production Associate in Aurora, Ontario. Manage packing and quality checks while following safety protocols and instructions.

We are seeking a detail-oriented Production Associate to join our team in Aurora. This full-time position requires effective communication and problem-solving skills. You'll be responsible for packing products, checking quality regularly, and adhering to the Cube Management System (CMS) to ensure optimal manufacturing conditions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Pack manufactured lids and containers accurately

• Check quality standards of each product before packing

• Notify supervisor of any quality issues immediately

• Document packing counts accurately each shift

• Maintain a clean and safe workstation at all times

Requirements:

• Minimum Grade 12 education or equivalent

• Basic math and computer skills required

• Ability to communicate effectively in English

• Must be detail-oriented and adaptable

• Reliable transportation is necessary
