Laminator Helper Ontario

C-P Flexible Packaging is seeking a Laminator Helper in Aurora, Ontario. This role involves machine operation, quality checks, and mixing adhesives amidst a supportive company culture.

As part of a dynamic team, you will assist the Lamination operator in setting up and running the laminator. Candidates should possess good math, organizational skills, and basic mechanical knowledge. This position serves a critical role in the essential manufacturing sector, contributing to the production of flexible packaging solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform machine setup and operations

• Mix adhesives following precise specifications

• Conduct quality checks on products

• Load and unload materials to/from the machine

• Replace parts as necessary

Requirements:

• Strong math and measurement skills

• Good organizational abilities

• Basic mechanical knowledge required

• Ability to follow directives and read instructions

• Physical stamina for lifting and movement
