As a Production Associate, you will ensure the quality of lids and containers produced, engaging in packing, quality checks, and safe operation of machines. You'll have the responsibility to report any defects and communicate effectively with the Shift Supervisor. This role is vital in maintaining product standards and workplace safety while embracing a dynamic team environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Pack various products accurately and efficiently

• Check product quality each stack and bag them correctly

• Notify supervisor immediately of any quality issues

• Maintain a clean workspace and adhere to safety protocols

• Document product counts for each shift

Requirements:

• Grade 12 education or equivalent

• Strong math and computer literacy

• Attention to detail in product quality

• Capability to lift up to 30 lbs repeatedly

• Must adapt to a rotating shift schedule
